Beyond what's listed, more units are always inbound from HLE and FR Conversions. Call and we'll tell you exactly what's on the lot and on the truck this week.

Built to Order

Spec your exact vehicle — layout, wheelchair positions, trim, paint. Mobility vans can be ready in as little as 1 week. Shuttle buses run 8–16 weeks. Specialty builds start around 13 weeks, depending on equipment.

Holds, trades, delivery, used stock — how buying from our lot actually works.

Why don’t you list prices?

Every quote reflects current incentives, delivery, and configuration, so we price by conversation — call (423) 720-3055 and we’ll give you a real number fast, usually the same business day.

Can you hold a unit for me?

Yes. A $500 deposit holds an in-stock unit. The deposit is non-refundable — a hold takes that vehicle away from other buyers, so it needs to mean something — but it applies in full toward your purchase. Special-order vehicles take a 10% deposit to start the build; complex specialty builds can run up to 50% down.

Do you take trade-ins?

Yes. We take buses, shuttle buses, and mobility vans in trade. Tell us what you’re running and we’ll put a real number on it as part of your quote.

Do you deliver out of state?

Yes — we sell and deliver nationwide from Greeneville, TN, and delivery is typically built into your quoted price. Most vehicles are professionally driven to you; figure roughly $2 a mile when it’s quoted separately. Prefer flatbed transport? We can arrange that too — it costs more than driving. And you’re always welcome to pick up your vehicle here if that pencils out better.

Do you sell used buses and vans?

We do, as they come. Used commercial buses and vans are scarce — operators tend to run them until replacing beats repairing — so most of our used stock arrives as trade-ins. If you’re hunting for something used, tell us what you need and we’ll call you when it lands.

The unit I want is close but not exact. Now what?

Seats, wheelchair positions, and trim can usually be adjusted on in-stock units, and if it’s truly not right we’ll quote the exact build — vans in as little as a week, buses typically 60–120 days.
